CYS Update:

What a fantastic meet yesterday! We were able to get in some great swims and gain valuable experience. It was a last-minute decision, but it proved to be a worthwhile one. Both our swimmers and coaches learned a lot.

Practice Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 26th:

• Time: 7:45 PM - 9:15 PM
• Location: Green Meadow Pool, 1700 Louisville Rd, Alcoa, TN 37701
• Schedule:
  • 7:45 PM - 8:15 PM: Stretching and team building with Coach Maria
  • 8:15 PM - 9:15 PM: Water time

Please note that there will be no practice on Thursday, November 28th.
